Data policy
As an umbrella-term, “Data policy” sub-section would include some basic details and guidance on the legal and ethical functioning of EuCanImage and its components. This information has already been elaborated as a core part of WP1 Deliverables 1.1, 1.3 and 1.4 and would be adapted and summarised to be user-friendly and to limit the use of legal terminology.
At this point, it will be key to include references and links to documents and websites hosted and managed by different consortium partners, with their corresponding policies and legal documents and templates (e.g., EGA, EuroBio, CMRAD, etc.).
Finally, diagrams and flowcharts illustrating the data flow and functioning of the platform from legal and data protection standpoints could also be attached.
